How we make ShowMeDos

I recently asked our authors to explain how they made their videos. The result so far is a great forum discussion on the different techniques we’ve all used.

The discussion covers the tools everyone has used on different platforms (including CamStudio, Camtasia, iShowU and xVidCap), approaches to planning and recording and post-production. Lucas and Marius gives some details of their excellent distant-recording technique, they are geographically distant so they use a multi-user editor (Gobby), Skype and Pamela to extract the audio – a great and innovative approach to group recording!

Do you want to learn about how to make videos? Drop into the discussion and post your own questions, we’re here to help.
